WARUNKI UCZESTNICTWA
Program wystaw, pokazów i zorganizowanych form wymiany myśli jest ustalany w zależności od zgłoszonych propozycji.
Akceptacji propozycji innych prezentacji festiwalowych dokonuje Komitet Organizacyjny Festiwalu "Sztuka i dokumentacja". Skład Komitetu może się zmieniać.
Komitet Organizacyjny dokonuje wyboru prac na prezentację główną, oraz ustala program festiwalu, wskazuje kierunkowe zagadnienia teoretyczne związane z tematyką sztuki i dokumentacji.
Festiwal Sztuka i Dokumentacja odbywa się co roku.
- dokumentacja sztuki zgłoszona do prezentacji głównej musi dotyczyć zdarzeń jakie miały miejsce w roku poprzedzającym bieżącą edycję festiwalu.
- inne propozycje prosimy zgłaszać do programu towarzyszącego.
- nie ma ograniczeń ilości oraz formatu nadsyłanych prac, ale nie gwarantujemy, że pokazane zostaną wszystkie nadesłane prace.
Zadecydują:
1. możliwości lokalowe;
2. decyzje grupy organizacyjnej.
- dokumentacje fotograficzne powinny zostać nadesłane w formie umożliwiającej ich ekspozycję: bez dodatkowej oprawy, podklejone na usztywniającym podłożu, lub w formie plansz, czy w standardowych ramach (antyramach).
- dokumentacje filmowe powinny być przygotowane tak, by było możliwe przekopiowanie ich na jeden nośnik danych do prezentacji w formie kinowej (preferujemy pliki avi, pliki dvd przy kopiowaniu mogą tracić jakość).
- oprócz prac do wystawy głównej i wystaw towarzyszących można nadsyłać więcej dokumentacji uzupełniającej bądź innej, w formie elektronicznej lub nie elektronicznej.
- uczestnicy nadsyłają prace na własny koszt.
- po zakończeniu festiwalu prace pozostają w archiwum festiwalu. Prace są odsyłane autorom na ich życzenie, na ich koszt.
- prace pozostawione w archiwum festiwalu są wykorzystywane tylko w sposób niekomercyjny. Są używane tylko w materiałach festiwalowych oraz udostępniane do celów dydaktycznych i naukowo-badawczych.
- dlatego: wraz z pracami należy przesłać oświadczenie wyrażające zgodę na ich przekazanie do archiwum i wykorzystywanie w materiałach festiwalowych, oraz udostępnianie do celów dydaktycznych i naukowo-badawczych.
- inne użycie tych materiałów wymaga osobnych uzgodnień z autorami prac.
- Komitet Organizacyjny Festiwalu jest odpowiedzialny za przestrzeganie powyższych zasad.

Art and Documentation Festival, Lodz
RULES FOR PARTICIPATION
The program of exhibitions, screenings and organized forms of an exchange of ideas are being established depending on sent proposals.
An Organizational Committee of the Art & Documentation Festival is effecting approval of the proposal of other festival presentations. The composition of the Committee can change.
The Organizational Committee is making choice of works for the main presentation, as well as it is establishing the schedule of the festival, it shows the guiding theoretical issues associated with the subject matter of the art and documentation.
The Art & Documentation Festival is held every year.
- documentation of the art sent for the main presentation must concern events which took place in the year preceding the current edition of the festival.
- we ask other proposals to report to the accompanying program.
- there are no restrictions of the amount and format of sent works, but we aren't assuring that all sent works will be shown.
There will decide:
1. exhibition possibilities;
2. decisions of the Organizational Committee.
- photographic documentation should be sent in the form enabling their exhibition: without the additional cover, backed on stiffening base, or in the form of boards, or in standard frames (clip frames).
- film documentation should be prepared so that copying them to one data carrier for the presentation in the cinema form is possible (we prefer avi files, dvd files at copying can lose the quality).
- apart from works to the main exhibition and accompanying exhibitions it is possible to send more supplementing or other documentation, in an electronic form or not electronic.
- participants are sending works at their own expense.
- after finishing the festival works stay in the archive of the festival. Works are being sent back to authors for wishing them, at their expense.
- works left at the archive of the festival are being used in the non-commercial way. They are used only in festival materials and made available for educational purposes and research.
- therefore: with works one should send the declaration giving consent to send them to the archive and to use in festival materials, and making available for educational purposes and research.
- other using these materials requires separate arrangements with authors of works.
- an Organizational Committee of the Festival is responsible for obeying above-mentioned rules.
To take part in the festival, please send completed application form together with a declaration.
