w Festiwalu Sztuka i Dokumentacja.

Wkrótce rusza trzecia edycja, jedynego w Polsce festiwalu poświęconego zagadnieniom dokumentowania sztuki i roli dokumentacji w sztuce - Festiwal Sztuka i Dokumentacja, Łódź, data otwarcia wiosna 2011. Festiwal jest skierowany do teoretyków, artystów, muzealników, kuratorów, animatorów sztuki i do szerokiego grona odbiorców sztuki.

Przypomnijmy hasło pierwszej edycji:

Podglądajmy sztukę!

Współczesna sztuka to często działania efemeryczne, trwające w określonym czasie i przestrzeni. Jedynym sposobem na zachowanie pamięci i wiedzy o tych zdarzeniach w historii sztuki jest rzetelna dokumentacja. Historia sztuki współczesnej zna przypadki, kiedy brak dokumentacji utrudnia lub uniemożliwia badania nad wydarzeniami, które miały miejsce w zeszłych dekadach. Zarazem dokumentacja staje się formą kreacji.

Dlatego gromadzimy wszelkie formy dokumentacji sztuki: dokument filmowy, dokument fotograficzny, strona internetowa, tekst/esej krytyczny, wydawnictwo multimedialne, druki (gazeta, periodyk, katalog), program TV, program radiowy.

Festiwal składać się będzie z wystawy głównej i wydarzeń towarzyszących.
Prezentacja główna zostanie stworzona z dokumentacji nadesłanych przez Państwa. Przyjmujemy dokumentacje wydarzeń z roku 2010! Pozostałe projekty można zgłaszać do programu towarzyszącego.

Doboru prac dokona Komitet Organizacyjny Festiwalu.

We are inviting everyone interested for the participation in
the Art and Documentation Festival.

Soon begins the third edition, the only festival in Poland devoted to the issues of documenting art and the role of documentation in art the Art and Documentation Festival, Lodz, opening(s) Spring 2011. The festival is for theoreticians, artists, museologists, curators and to the wide circle of recipients of the art.

Let us remember that the leading motto of the first edition:

Let us peep art!

Contemporary art is often of an ephemeral nature, lasting in a certain time and space. The only way to preserve the memory and knowledge of these events in the history of art is a reliable documentation. The history of contemporary art known cases where the lack of documentation makes it difficult or prevents the study of the events that occurred in previous decades. At the same time the documentation becomes a form of creation.

Therefore, we collect all the art forms of documentation: documentary film, photographic document, website, text / critical essay, multimedia publication, printed (newspaper, periodical, cathalogue), TV and radio program.

The festival will consist of a main exhibition and accompanying events. The main exhibition will be created from the documentation sent by you. We accept documentation of events from the year 2009! Other projects can be sent to the accompanying program.

Selection will be made by the Festival Organizing Committee.
